Project Energize


Every Tuesday Whaea Gina comes into my class and talks to us about healthy and unhealthy things.
I learnt at Project Energize that there are 4 healthy food groups and they are fruits and vegetables,
grain, meat, and dairy.
One week Whaea Gina came in  and talked to us about takeaways.
Fat chips are better than skinny chips because the skinny chips hold more oil in it.
At Project Energize we learnt about healthy and unhealthy drinks.
The healthiest drinks are water and milk.
